These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by Pavithralaya Gold Company, Vadapalani, Chennai. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Customized Jewellery Orders

• All customized jewellery orders are accepted subject to confirmation of design, gold purity, weight, and pricing.
• An advance payment is required before manufacturing begins. The advance amount will be agreed upon at the time of order.
• Orders are generally completed within 7–10 working days, depending on design complexity. We will inform you of expected timelines at order confirmation. Complex designs may require additional time.
• Prices are calculated based on the gold rate prevailing at the time of order confirmation, plus applicable making charges.

2. Jewellery Pricing & Making Charges

• Gold pricing is based on live MCX Chennai market rates at the time of transaction.
• Making charges are calculated separately based on the design, weight, and type of jewellery.
• GST at applicable rates will be added to all transactions.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made before manufacturing begins may receive a partial refund of the advance, subject to deduction of any design or consultation costs incurred.
• Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations are not accepted and the advance is non-refundable.
• If a defect is found in the finished jewellery that is attributable to our workmanship, we will rectify it at no additional cost.

4. Old Gold Buying

• All old gold purchases are subject to purity testing using BIS-certified karat meters at our premises.
• The final price offered is based on the purity and weight confirmed at the time of testing.
• Payment for old gold is made immediately after agreement on price.
• We reserve the right to decline to purchase any gold item at our discretion.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all gold selling transactions.

5. Gold Valuation

• Gold valuations are indicative and based on the current market rate at the time of evaluation.
• Gold rates fluctuate and final prices may differ from any earlier estimates.

6. Wholesale & Reseller Transactions

• Wholesale pricing is available to eligible resellers and retailers at our discretion.
• Wholesale enquiries are subject to verification and separate agreement on pricing and terms.
• Minimum order quantities and advance payment requirements may apply.

7. Payment Terms

• We accept payment via cash, UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and cheque.
